Matt Osborne - VP, Advancement & Education, Texas COE
Matt Osborne, Vice President of Advancement & Education for the Texas Center of Excellence, has held various positions within OUR Rescue since joining in 2014, focusing on operations, survivor care, education, and outreach. Before OUR Rescue, he had a 12-year career with the CIA and US Department of State, working on terrorism, illegal narcotics, organized crime, and human trafficking. Matt provided intelligence to US Presidents, senior cabinet officials, and the National Security Council. As a Foreign Service Officer and diplomat, he served in Madrid, Spain, Caracas, Venezuela, and Mexico City, Mexico, and organized official visits for President Obama, Vice President Biden, and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
